This is my new webring. I've had it for a while but I never made a site for it until now. So why did I make this ring. I saw a webring for Americans and Canadians a few years ago so I made one for Puerto Ricans. This ring started out on Webring but then they screwed themselves up so I left and went to RingSurf.
